Warranty
All warranties are limited to the cost of the
purchased part. Cost of labor is not included.
• New parts have
a ONE YEAR limited warranty This applies no matter if they are factory OEM or aftermarket parts.
• Used parts have a
THREE MONTH limited warranty These parts
are usually salvaged from wrecks and are fully
tested whenever possible.
• Rebuilt parts have
a SIX MONTH limited warranty* These are typically alternators,
starters, calipers, injectors, and steering racks. *Rebuilt air
meters and turbos are warrantied for one full year.
Core Deposit/Exchange
Most rebuilt parts (and similar types of used parts)
require a temporary deposit called a core charge.
That means we charge you a deposit (from $10 to $100) and hold it
until we receive your old (defective) part in the mail. The customer pays for the
return shipping.
Shipping
We send out most orders by UPS. We ship each weekday afternoon & can
usually get your parts out the same day you order
if you do so by 3:00pm Eastern. Delivery times
& costs vary by weight, distance, and delivery option. Tracking numbers are available when requested.
We typically ship with UPS Ground or USPS First Class, but expedited (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) shipping is available.
International orders and orders to Alaska & Hawaii tend to ship by USPS and are subject
to a $4.00 handling charge.
Local Delivery We do NOT deliver parts in the Atlanta
area. We can ship by UPS or
you can pick up your parts at our warehouse, weekdays from 9-6. We help many walk-in customers every day.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and
American Express on all orders. We also accept cash & checks over the counter. We accept CODs on shipped orders.
Sales Tax
We only collect sales tax from Georgia state residents. Tax in Atlanta is 8% but if we are shipping to you
elsewhere in Georgia you will be charged at your county's local tax rate. Shipments to all other states are excluded from sales tax.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you get the wrong
part, call us and we will gladly take care of
it. If you ordered a used part and then decided that
you don't need it, return it with the original receipt
and any packaging within a few weeks
for a 90% refund. All uninstalled rebuilt or new parts, excepting special order parts that have to be coded to your car's VIN,
can also be returned within 30 days (subject to a 10% restocking fee).
We want to help avert new problems by helping you with your old ones before you order the wrong part.
